Perseverance Pays Off for Fairgrieve Students

Fairgrieve Elementary students were recognized during a Morning Express program for exhibiting the school’s character education trait of perseverance throughout the month of March.
Classroom teachers selected students for the honor based on their continued dedication to their classroom work and personal tasks or goals. Teachers, classmates and guests offered applause and congratulated the honorees, who each received a “brag tag” for their efforts.
Fourth-grade Glee Club members promoted perseverance with a performance of Carrie Underwood’s country hit “Play On,” about never giving up in any situation.
