Fairgrieve Students Exceed Expectations

A handful of students at Fairgrieve Elementary School were recently recognized for exceeding classroom expectations throughout January.
Classroom teachers each selected one student who has been kind and patient, gave their best effort, used materials and equipment properly, left the room only with permission, and never gave up.  These examples follow the school’s expectations of being respectful, responsible, safe and a problem solver.
“We have kids that do amazing things every day, and exceed these expectations,” said Principal Jean Ciesla.
The award is given to students during Fairgrieve’s Morning Express program and coincides with the Fulton City School District’s implementation of the Positive Behavior, Interventions and Supports initiative.
