The Fulton Junior High School recently celebrated nearly 200 students as Very Important People because they achieved various benchmarks of success throughout the second quarter of the 2019-2020 school year.
A VIP celebration was offered for seventh- and eighth-grade students who achieved at least a 96 percent attendance rate, at least a 96 percent on-time rate, were referral-free and they passed all classes with a 65 or higher for the second marking period. For their efforts, they were honored with ice cream treats from Stewart’s.

Throughout the third quarter of the school year, FJHS students must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible for VIP status: at least a 96 percent attendance rate, at least a 96 percent on-time rate, were referral-free and they passed all classes with a 75 or higher for the second marking period.
