Fairgrieve students receive golden spoon award

Exceptional behavior in Fairgreive Elementary School’s cafeteria has earned several students the coveted Golden Spoon Award.
Over two dozen students, in grades kindergarten through six, were recognized during a recent Morning Express program at the school where classmates, teachers and guests offered praise and applause for the amazing accomplishment. For their efforts, students received a “brag tag” to add to their collection from Principal Jean Sampsell.
Sampsell also thanked students for exceeding expectations in the cafeteria and encouraged all students to follow suit.
