Fairgrieve announces 1st quarter academic honors


Fairgrieve Elementary School principal Jean Sampsell recent recognized over 100 students with Academic Excellence awards.
 
The students were nominated by their classroom teachers based on their academic standing and outstanding behavior and attitude in the classroom.
 
The following students received awards: Francis Davis IV, Elijah Wilson, Peyton Engel, Michael Noel, Darren Rockwell, Alina Smale, Aviana VanSanford, Jameson Hutchinson, Brooklynne Reed, Ryan Spara, MacKenzie Orton, Mackenna Myers, Jersey Ryder, Mason Dhatraw, Corbin Burns, Richard Pillans, Cohan Humphrey, Max McGinley, Alyssa Sullivan, Henry Taylor and Kenneth Thompson IV. First-graders who were honored for academic excellence are: Rose Douglas, Taryn Murphy, Hailey Niver, Noah Quesnell Squairs, Mackenzie Schopp, Kendall Todt, Ayden Welch, Andie Kerr, Ruthie Niver, Lauren Thornber, Madison Kelloff, Brodie Maliszewski, Charlotte Pero and Kenadie Hart. Awards were also given to the following second-graders: Logan Greco, Sophia Hanlon, Braelyn Horning, Kayla Pero, Dahni Perry, Ayden Spaulding, Emily Ilacqua, Piper Litchison, William Mann, Alivia Ruscitto, Gracelia Vasquez, Kelci Watkins, Kara Barrett, Nathan Blake, Grace Vogel and Brayden Wise.
 
Third-graders who received academic excellence honors are: Laurissa Bruska-Ostrander, Ayden Cusic, Casandra Guillaume, Olivia Nesbitt, Juliet Patterson, Domenic Stevens, Zoe Bechtel, Andrew Gibson, Kiernan Percival, Benjamin Renfrew, Katharine Demars, Jared Gardenier, Tyler Goodman, Skylar Litchison and Penelope Taylor. Recognition was also given to the following fourth-graders: Jayceon Barber, Albert Burns, Matthew Clark, Natalie Guile, Mys Carroll, Trevor Chappell, Liam Crandall, Kaiden Jardin, AnnaRose O’Dett and Dawson Reed. Fifth-graders who received academic excellence awards include: Olivia Frataccia, Megan Gates, Alexa Halstead, Grace Hutton, Zoey Kerr, McKenna Lawson, Brady Niver, Carleigh Patterson, Karsen Conn, Riley Niver, Moira Percival, Gabbriella Runge, Rylee Spencer, Douglas VanSanford, Ciara Sillingham, Dawson Krause, Abigal Miner, Dominick Reidell and Rosalind Taylor.
